Douglas Green, Pinotage, South Africa-2005
A cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault, combining the noble characteristics
of the former with the reliability of the latter. Unique to South Africa, it produces
complex and fruity wines with age but is also very drinkable when young.

Fleurie-Chateau De Fleurie, Loron et Fils, France-2005
The epitome of a Beaujolias Cru. A garnet coloured wine from 100% Gamay grapes.
A fresh, foral and fragrant style with a foral nose of iris and violets, a full fruity palate
and a long, elegant finish.
Chateau Teyssier, Saint Emillion Grand Cru, Bordeaux-2003

Crisp pink lady apple and pink grapefruit aromas introduce this fresh and simple
sparkling wine. Apple and citrus flavours extend onto the palate and are enhanced by
zingy acidity and aslight hint and fresh, this is perfect for any occassion.
Champagnes
Raoul Collett Carte Noire Brut France
A blend of 40 seperate crus with 100% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir
and 65% Pinot Meunier. With body and substance, it is a warm golden colour with an
intense, almost amber hue. Initial impression are of spices, fresh butter and ripe wheat.
On the palate it is vinous, powerful and robust.
Laurent Perrier Brut
Laurent Perrier has become one of the great champagne name by achieving a
consistently high standard. A pale golden colour with fine citrus notes in the bouquet,
confirmed on the palate, followed by a slight yeastiness and some biscuit flavours.
Like all good champagne it has an exhilarating finish. A blend of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir
and 15% Pinot Meunier.
Laurent Perrier Rose
A pale rose colour with fine citrus notes like all good champagne it has an
exhilarating finish.
