Terms and Conditions

A deposit to the sum of the first nights stay must be paid to secure any booking, in the event your stay with us is only for one night, we would take payment for this in advance.

Accesses to our purbeck view, rectory and bridal rooms are all on the first floor via stairs only.

We suggest guests who are less mobile stay in one of our disability accesses rooms, these rooms have ease of accesses and hand rails in the shower room.

Kemp's operate a" no smoking" policy and only accommodates guide dogs.

2 night minimum stay at weekends.

No single occupancy at weekends, double room rate applies.

Check-in is available from 3pm of the day of arrival and check out is 10am of the date of check-out

Our reception is open until 9.00pm if you require a check-in after this time then please inform us prior to your arrival, an unauthorized late check-in may incur a charge.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled up to 7 days of check-in will result in the customer being refunded their deposit.

Bookings cancelled between 7 day and 48 hours of check-in time (12 noon) will result in loss of deposit.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of check-in time (12 noon) will result in the customer being charged the full amount of the original booking cost.

Bookings cancelled or amended after the booking has commenced are still liable for the full original booking cost including any booking extras.

We strongly recommend the use of UK travel insurance to cover any unforeseen eventualities.
